Eddy is the IVCF team leader at Cal State Northridge. He has been in campus ministry with InterVarsity for nine years. He completed his undergraduate program at UC Davis and is enrolled in a part-time masters program at Fuller Theological Seminary. Eddy has served on staff at UC Davis, UCLA and has been at CSUN since 2001. Eddy’s passion include teaching the Bible, hanging out in the dorms, and playing any type of game that involves the community. In addition to loving students on campus, Eddy hopes to empower students to be world-changers. He has taken students on mission trips to Egypt, China, India, and Turkey. Apart from the campus, Eddy loves spending time with his wife, Rhoda ( a second grade teacher), and their three year old daughter, Layla, and one year old son, Marco. Yemi has grown up all over So Cal and spent most of that time in Anaheim, CA. He goes by 2 names here in IVMCF, Yemi and Sky. Call him both if you like. Yemi believes his relationship with God was greatly strengthened during his involvement with InterVarsity as a student at CSUN where he double majored in Political Science/Pan African Studies. Now, as an Intern Staff with IVCF, Yemi enjoys reading, spending time with students, long conversations and sleeping. He is also very passionate about issues surrounding social justice.
